At PHO LE, we are committed to using carefully selected ingredients without any preservatives, ensuring that every bowl of pho is as delicious and nutritious as a home-cooked meal.
“We opened our restaurant in November 2014. We are proud to be the first Vietnamese restaurant bringing traditional dishes, especially Pho, to the city of Jacksonville and neighboring small towns. The brilliant idea behind this was from Mr. Tom and Mr. Le. After 8 years of operation, they decided to retire and pursue their own separate ventures.
*The current owner of Pho Le is Mr. Duy, a former U.S. Marine who served for 4 years from 2001 to 2005 and participated in battles during the Iraq war. When Mr. Duy chose to settle in Jacksonville, NC, it was also the time Pho Le needed a new owner, which was why Mr. Duy decided to buy it. He confidently and decisively chose to purchase Pho Le because he has been in the restaurant business since 2007 up until now ”
